UPDATE: Anyone useing a "Water source" heat pump?

Almost certainly a wise choice (air to air), should work out well.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

I used a 1 ton Mitsubishi mini split to heat and cool my 28 x 40 x 10 workshop in upstate SC. It was well insulated, R19 walls & R29 ceiling. It worked very well. Heat loss calculated was 1.1 ton but 1 ton worked very well. Very low maintenance, all I did in 5 years was rinse the coils a couple of times a year.
