The sharpening really interest me.  The Rockler Insty-Drive counter sink has 4 flutes, just not sure how precise I can be doing it by hand.

It's actually quite easy. What I do is attach the drill bit "in reverse" if you will. I use it as a handle to help with sharpening. I was shown the process several years ago and have used it a lot. It works great. Take your time and you'll be very pleased with the results.
I no longer build museums but don't want to change my name. My new job is a lot less stressful. Life is much better.
