Final pix for this thread.
Sanded flat, pores filled/sanded, stained and finished.
Next up, cover it all up with ramboard to protect it all while the rest of the work proceeds.

Thanks. It's Woodwise "full-trowel" brand pore filler, the stain is a 50/50 blend of Minwax provincial and jacobean and then 3 coats of minwax poly (2 gloss then one satin)

That floor looks great. I appreciate the amount of work that went into it. Years ago we did something similar in my dad's 1860s farm house. Window replacements found rotted wood around the window sills and when that was removed termite damage in the band joists and into the floor joists. We ended up pulling out the floor inside the house, pulling out all the joists, digging out the crawlspace and then treating for termites and installing new joists. We did not try to weave the floor back in. There was already a transition so we just used that.
