I got a LV ad on youtube today. The first one that I have seen.

The quality was good (better than I usually get) with a theme that buy the tool once from LV and use it happily for the rest of your life.

Good tools that are maintained do last a very long time. I too, have seen the LV ad and I'm actually glad it was for garden tools. Good garden tools are a pleasure to use. And anyone who sharpens their shovels has discovered the secret to making it much easier to use. I can't remember for sure, but I think there's a section in Leonard Lee's book on sharpening on garden tools.
