Based on my personal experience, Woodnet's send-you-an-email-to-reset-your password function is broken:
* despite repeated requests, an email is not received.
* Also, the Woodnet system also does not provide the user with any feedback re: success or failure of the request. I can't tell if this is 'design intent' but it isn't good practice.
If you lose your password, you are locked out the system because that's the only way to reset it that I have found.
This is the same problem I reported in 2022.
