I have the Rapidair system for the garage. Or the Rapidair Home Garage System. I want to move a line. So I need about 6 feet of the nylon 1/2inch line to extend it, not the Maxline. Which I bought the Maxline not knowing they were different. So now I’m back to square one. Looking for a short piece of the 1/2 inch nylon hose that excepts the Rapidair push on connectors. I was thinking about putting a mic on the hose and then getting a 1/2 hose from the big box store. But I’m afraid it will collapse. Any suggestions

Those push to connect fittings look like any other. I would think any 1/2" compressed air hose designed for that type of fitting will work.

If the above ideas don't work I've heard of people going to a company that makes hydraulic hoses. Hydraulic hoses carry way more pressure than home shop/small shop air systems. I'm not familiar at all with Rapidair but I'll bet there's a way to get from hydraulic hose to the fittings you need.

Naive question: why would a hose under positive pressure collapse?

Lookup "POLYFLOW TUBING" ... it should fit and is pretty readily available. I used to have a 50' roll, but it got used up.
These guys sell it by the foot ... ... ...
