Harbor Freight flash light cannon - Woodshop - 02-03-2015 I finally finished the carriage for this one. I think I have made 7 of these in the past, they are very poplar at Xmas time. (rob your neighbor game gift). I use a Free harbor freight flash light. overall about 9-1/2" long and stands about 4-1/2 tall. This one is walnut and maple, finished with Lacquer and will set on my desk at least until I forget to make a gift for someone, and give it to them Made 2 this year. very fun to make. I don’t want to over-analyze this or ask a stupid question, but the flashlight is just so that the button does something, right? I can’t see that it would be very useful as a flashlight with the light buried deep in the barrel. |
