I'm wondering why you need to buy it all at once?

I have come to the conclusion that the lumber yard can store it better
than I can.  I will go get it when I need it, use it, and not have any to
store.  At least, not full sheets.

I can buy a metal A Frame cart that would work just fine for about $380 but I am frugal. I think I can build for less than half this cost.

Price out some good wheels first than review the cost to build?

If you don't have room for a pallet Jack, take a look at the mini pallet jack that northern tool sells for a little less than $200

It will only lift 1100lbs but it's smaller than a standard pallet jack.
Forks are only 32" long and about 17" wide

Can easily be stored under something that you use it to move.

It's cheaper than putting wheels on 3-4 tools and it lets you have more stable base for plywood rack and workbench.
