Done this a lot in cabinet shops. It requires a post former which heats the laminate and forms it while hot. Honestly, you are highly unlikely to get good results in a home shop.
You can buy the counter formed, or use a wood edge.

Bullnose probably is going to be a fabricator only function simply because the toys involved are not going to be cost effective for a DIY project. But you can call the friendly folks at Formica, and ask
