About a year and a half ago, I bought a Keen Products dust collection set for the router table extension table on my table saw. The below-the-table collector is a flexible plastic donut the encloses the router collet and bit. It's held in place by Velcro. I would have bet it was a piece of junk, but I bought it anyway. It works unbelievably well. I only use the below-the-table piece, my above-the-table collection is handled by the DC duct to my Excalibur over-arm blade guard. Together they capture almost 100% of the dust and chips from my router table.
