Also going to need some infeed and outfeed support no matter what you use or some assistance. Best to find someone with a large saw and willing to assist.

My suggestion
Joint 2 sides square and plane opposing sides just flat.
Set your tablesaw depth of cut to half the thickness less 1/8 inch. set fence 1/8 thicker than what you want to end up with
cut one side, flip and cut opposing side.
Cut the last 1/4" on the bandsaw or use a handsaw.
Plane the ridge, flip and do the other side.
Plane 4 sides to final dimension

Your bandsaw won't do it. Your tablesaw with a thin kerf Rip blade will be fine. I would use a bandsaw, but mine is a heavy duty 2 hp model.

Go get yourself a handsaw and do it by hand. Cut so that the line stays. It will go slow but is manageable. Then run that through a planer.

I think there are others on this forum from MN that could help you with this. If all else fails, I would be happy to help. I have a 14" Jet bandsaw and a jointer. I am about 60 miles south of you, Faribault, on I35.
Nine feet long makes this more difficult. Do you need this full length?
