Thanks for looking, Bob Hi Bob - very nice - congrats! I'm sure she is quite happy over that gift - Years ago, I made my wife a 'small' jewelry box (mahogany & birds-eye maple), but bought here many more made by talented pros - however, she did need a necklace case, so put together the one below which hangs on the wall taking up no room at all and holds all of her MANY necklaces! Dave . RE: Cherry Jewelry Box - GlenS - 02-28-2018 Thats a dandy jewelry box Bob!! giradman-- Thats another dandy jewelry box!! My Wife just got this one. She picked the Ribbon Mahogany out. She kept saying "What are you building that you need all these boards?" It's the 4th one I've made her. They are all in that pic. lol RE: Cherry Jewelry Box - titanxt - 02-28-2018 Bob - That is really nice! RE: Cherry Jewelry Box - Bill Holt - 02-28-2018 Bob, welcome to the forum. Nice box. Hi Glen - great work and I'm sure all are filled up - My wife probably has over a half dozen boxes, mostly bought on trips we've taken over the decades - the places that we visit seem to always have woodworkers that make gorgeous jewelry boxes - Dave RE: Cherry Jewelry Box - Gary G™ - 03-01-2018 Hey Glen, Nice shelves!! RE: Cherry Jewelry Box - fredhargis - 03-02-2018 Well done, can we get a look at the interior? Welcome to the forum, BTW. |
