I understand your holes are threaded but can you use a drill rod just small enough to go inside the threads - leaving your threads if you need them. That is what the picture of the new tool is showin...

Let's see they don't cover belts, bearings, motors, and elctrical components. In other words you have a warranty on the cast iron. Why worry about issuing a warranty - that is a joke!!!
