The General 160 is in a class by itself..Joe's G.I. compares to your Jet...prolly made in the same assembly line in Taiwan. |

I don't think the GI line has Baldor motors in it. NO way.. [br][br][br]The GI..offices and warehouse are located in Montreal and the General line is in Drummondville just 30 miles outside the city...... |

Well..when it comes to buying the GI line....they are imports just as good as the next import..but when it comes to purchasing the 'real ' McCoy ....the true General....seeing it's a true NA made tool... |

Bearings are cheap I can live with that..I ordered from General 2 bearings for my TS...and they were about 9 bucks each...What scares me is the part of electric motor replacement...I don't understand... |

When you talk about bearing replacement...you want General to replace the bearings...labour and all ...or just the bearings? |
