How is PSI customer service these days?

How is PSI's customer service these days? I haven't placed an order with them in 4 years, so I was wondering if they got worse, better, or stayed the same?

My last order was a disaster. I placed an order & it took them 10 days just to acknowledge it. 14 days to ship it.
20 days to get it, and I only live in the next state down from them.

So, anyone got any intel on them lately?

Don't know why they are still in business and their products are crap. I spoke to Craft supply about them carrying Penn State pens and told them I won't order from them again.

Still hit or miss. They have tried to improve.

I still buy stuff from them. They have 4 categories of shipping and you have to make sure you choose the fastest or slowest one you want. They do have 2 or 3 day shipping or 10 day shipping.

They have had this for 3 or 4 years now. Most people do not notice the shipping choice while paying for it on line.

Only answer I got was "we buy from different suppliers". I said, well you are really scraping the bottom of the barrel now. Pretty well end of conversation. Only way I will buy from Craft is if I am assured it was not supplied by Penn State.

I buy lots from them. I've never had a problem. When I've had an issue with a damaged/faulty purchased, they have been very quick to make it right.

I recommend them.

You are the first person that I have heard that has mentioned that they actually had customer service or didn't have to wait two months for an answer, if you got one at all.
