I hope you let us know when you fix the problem. It almost sounds like one blade is .001” - .004” higher than all the rest. You may have a chip so small you cannot see it. That is the one leaving the streak. I would think otherwise if all are set exactly the same it would clean up. I am assuming it is a raised line not a groove.
