Or, easier, 4 concrete blocks.

The castors in your bench look like Amazon's "Upgraded Workbench Caster kit - 4 Extra Heavy Duty Retractable casters, 800 lbs. Weight Capacity, Urethane Wheels", and they are rated for 800 lbs.
