Perhaps a link to where that picture came from -

Is your part missing, broke, deformed, etc?

I appreciate your interest in possibly making one. If I'm reading that right, thank you!
At this point the part is only worn from locking and unlocking the fence. I put a little wax on it and its working okay so I'm going to go with that for now

There is supposed to be a piece of phenolic attached to the locking lever where the lever clamps onto the fence rail.  After a few years that piece falls off and the fence no longer locks tight against the rail. More than likely that is your problem.  Go to a big box store and pick up a small sample square or two of Formica.   Cut a piece to the correct size and glue it in place with epoxy.

I have had to do this a couple of times in the 20 years that I have had the fence.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

No problem.  Hope you find what you need.

Guns are supposed to be dangerous. If yours is not dangerous you need to take it to a gunsmith and have it repaired.

Not having that issue. Phenolic is still there.  My issue is that I'm developing an impression on the other side of the flap of metal (where the fence locking lever rubs on it when locking the fence down.)
