What type of mill did you use? I’m thinking about using something similar under my faucets because the escutcheons rust so quickly here.

Whiteside RU2075 1/4" Upcut End Mill running 16KRPM and slowed down to 30ips. It was throwing out nice sized chips and gave a very smooth cut.
