Flag/Medal Case Combo
I made this for a guy at work who had many Challenge Coins from his time in the Air Force. It is oak with English Oak stain and wipe-on poly. The lexan window panel still has the protective white paper on it's inside edge. I wasn't sure about whether to add the base. My wife was the deciding factor on adding it. The jig to make the 67 1/2 degree angles was made of scraps and an unused miter gauge. I looked on-line for flag case and tenon jig examples before building.
