I need to build a table-like rolling unit for a new sound board for my church. It needs the capability to install a few rack mount units under it.
Does anybody have a good source for the rack mount hardware?
Or references to designs for units like this?

I drilled my own rack mount rails. Not much else is really needed. Made it from 3/16" aluminum angle. Tapped the holes with a 10-32 tap held in a hand drill. You can buy just the rails and hardware from music suppliers. I used to get a lot of rack mount stuff from surplus dealers, but I haven't been doing that in a long time, so don't know the current state of supply.
