You can still go to
Packard woodworks and get everything there including the 8" extension with the link I gave below is for the 1 1/4 x 8 tpi and if you have the 1x8tpi use the second link

The beall buff system below

The metal insert with the second order is not needed with the order above.
That should get everything for you.
O and the Renaissance Wax is at the same site also and they have a 65ml and 200ml. I get the 200ml since I use so much of it.
200ml

As you can see you get more then 3 times as much for a little more.
As of this time I am not teaching vets to turn. Also please do not send any items to me without prior notification. Thank You Everyone.

Thank you Arlin,
I ordered the following:
1. Beall buffing system 1¼ x 8
2. 3" bowl buffs (set of 3)
3. Buffing extender thingy
4. Renaissance Wax
Will I need any hardware to attach the buffing wheels to the extender?

I stopped using the carnuba wax that came with my Beall system some time ago.
If you get water on a carnuba wax finish you will get white a spots.
For some items you may not have a concern about the item being in proximity of water. For treenware I prefer not to use it.

Well that's interesting. So, do you do a "last step" in the Beall system? In other words, do you put some other wax on your project and just use the fine wheel for polishing it?
I suppose it depends on this and depends on that.

Yah I told him for things like art work to do it that way but things to be used I use shellac and then wipe on poly which holds up to washing and everything.
I had the same thing happen 4 years ago and did it again just to see if that was the problem for sure.
