Identifying these moulding planes

I've read somewhere that owners of these vintage planes would put their own names on them, which appears to be the case with these two.

My question (and i apologize for my ignorance because I know nothing about woodworking) is can these be identified by their maker ?

Try looking at the other end. Makers marks may be stamped in the same way. Another method is to look for markings on the blade/cutter

Those are likely the owner's name and not the maker's name. Finding a maker's name on a moulding plane is hit and miss. Try looking at the blades to see if they have a stamp on them.
