You may have to buy them separate. Here is a 2MT with 1/2X20 tpi that accepts a 3/8" drawbar.

I did a google using
"keyless chuck" "draw bar"
and got a lot of 1/2" chucks including PennState and Packard Woodworks.
Apparently, the Woodriver 2MT keyless chuck used to be set up for a draw bar, but no longer is.
I think that Best Wood Tools used to have some, too, but they do not seem to carry them now.
