I put a new sacrificial fence on my Incra Express/1000SE sled. Gave me a chance to try the 5 cut method to align it to the blade. Followed this guys link:

Very nice, feeler guages, who knew? Sled is now way more square than is necessary for wood.
Just truing up all my machines for making new kitchen cabs.

I used this method last weekend for a small crosscut sled. Some test cuts were .0002" error ratio.

Making a new large sled soon and will use the same procedure.
