I was in my shed and I noticed the supply of paint BLO turpentine and spray paint cans. What is the net effect if this is frozen or subjected to below freezing temps? The BLO is still liquid and so are the solvents. I alos have water based poly.

Pretty much nothing. Now the waterborne finishes don't do so well after being frozen (you get to toss those), but the oil based ones survive to be used.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.
