Unfortunately, I do not have the skills to make what you need.
I would suggest posting your request in the turning area.
IIRC, there is a member who makes a lot of urns and sells them on their website. They could probably express ship one that they have already on hand in time to meet your need.
Edited to add that I do think that there is at least one turner here who does urns, if it can ba a flatwork urn, you might want to contact packerguy®
