Chris Salomone at Four Eyes makes beautiful videos and shop projects although I don't think the project directions are as in depth as Jay's.

Kyle Toth is another favorite of mine. Again, not as much direction but he makes beautiful pieces and his videos are very entertaining.

Renaissance Woodworker ( think he is a woodnetter too).

I know Norm does not post on You Tube, but his work is there to see.

I'm not a very avid watcher of woodworking Youtube vids, but here are a few that come to mind:
Marc Spagnuolo (aka The Wood Whisperer)
Doucette and Wolfe Furniture
Matt Cremona
Andy Rawls
Rob Cosman
Jay Bates
Charles Neil
Of course, these are more on TV and DVD than on Youtube, but Norm Abram and David Marks are two guys that belong in the "can't afford to miss" category.
Near future projects:
-Curly Maple display case
-Jatoba and Quilted Maple dresser

Thanks for your recommendations guys.
I've scanned several of the vids and find them really good.
It's sure to cause me to spend more time watching good woodworkers than making sawdust myself.

If you like old time hand work try Mr. Chickadee.
If you like 18th century period work try David Boeff.
