I can see where his setup procedures and advice are very good. Most of those bearing upgrades do seem like a lot of money spent with little if any benefit.
Any free advice given is worth double price paid.

I use his setup, and even on a cheap HF saw, it works very well. I modified my ShopSmith band saw, and his system works good on that also.

Thanks... Last night I started tuning my Bandsaw after watching the video.
Taking the table top offf is the best tip. It was easier to adjust the guide busing after taking the top.
Running the blade teeth on middle of the wheel is another good tip.
I completed the tune up and did some trial cuts, what a big difference in performance. It is substantially improved.

Found this video years ago. Other than one contradiction, it is good advice.
It didn't however fix my problem.
