A wood box that is insulated and a light bulb will work. An old refrigerator and a light bulb will work too but is pretty big just for glue. WOOD magazine has this

In the past I’ve used an Omaha Steaks insulated shipping box with a nite lite installed. Much like the WOOD magazine article. Has worked for years. This year shop will be heated all the time albeit the thermostat turned way down at night.

The light bulb heated box trick works. It's basically how outdoor soda machines keep things from freezing. You will need to choose a bulb that puts out heat. Sometimes, LED's won't heat enough to work. Old style incandescent bulbs work best.

Thanks all! Looks like the light bulb thing is pretty simple.
AHill...Yes, I need to make sure the wood is at a reasonable temp as well. We just get a few cold snaps here, and then things warm back up again, so I'm looking more at a week of storage before I go back out in the shop.

Just to increase the Rube Goldberg effect, what do you guys think of adding a baseboard thermostat to the cooler/lamp circuit? I’d think it would be best served to have the thermostat inside the cooler...

Look around for a junker apartment size frig and turn it into your glue heater.
