John

I think John is right.  I believe I bought one from Iturra to replace my cracked guide.  Until I did that, I wrapped a small screw band hose clamp around it and drilled a hole to reach the "set screw"  That worked fairly well until I could replace it.  Of course, I'm not sure if your piece has broken the same way.

Not sure about the part you are looking for, but I replaced the trunions on my Delta with Powermatic parts.

Thank you all for your suggestions. That bearing system looks especially interesting so I'm saving that link. I tried emailing Iturra Designs because the phone number I had was not a working number but he didn't get back to me.

The saw is back together with a new bracket that my son 3D printed and all I had to do was hold my newest (1 month old) grandson for a few hours. Sometimes it's tough being a grandpa. Now my saw smells like plastic and I smell like baby. Big win all the way around.

Another update: The 3D print didn't survive the first snugging up on the guide blocks so this guide proposed by Cian will be here Thursday.

Thank you, Cian.

Please report back on how it works out. Although I've been very happy just using Lignum Vitae blocks for years, it's always good to have options, especially American made ones.

It bolted right on and looks just like the pictures. The bearings are adjusted by loosening the bolts and sliding them as needed in their slots. No micro-adjustments here but I don't change blade sizes often enough for that to be an issue.

In summary, my problem is solved thanks to Cian.
