Good pics....I would just add that a "poker" can come in handy when dealing with really small blades...I just make one out of steel wire...clean and flux the tip and use it to "pick up" a small amount of molten solder and deposit it on the heated and fluxed joint..properly done, it will leave a clean joint that requires very little "dressing'.....
