Just an update. I spoke with Taytools. Although well intentioned to protect duplicate listings from overseas companies on Amazon, who steal product pictures and copy exactly, we agreed that nobody should be the arbiter of who gets to use a common woodworking term. Thanks for weighing in Jonathan.

But I gotta say, I'm not sure how a trademark would prevent overseas companies from stealing pictures.  But I can see how it would hurt honest businesses from selling products with common names.  Taytool's excuse seems hollow. 

I think you introduced me to Taytools, in a video where you compared sandpaper.  I bought from Taytools based on your recommendation.  (And placed several more orders since).  This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
