Amazing video. Truly humbling to see a skilled craftsman ply his craft.

We have it so easy.

Half the video shows "der Meister" sitting on the ground.
My knees are aching in sympathy.

I wonder if most of this was worked while green, or seasoned?

I ask my wife, how many pair of shoes do you need? she quiets down after that.

I do the same thing with my wife.
She says to me just last week, "So how many tools do you plan on collecting?"
I asked her how many shoes, clothes, and crafts stuff did she plan on collecting.

If my wife could swing that mallet like that, I'd be VERY careful about what I said to her. I couldn't believe it when the wife went strolling by later in the video with a log strapped to her back!!
Currently a smarta$$ but hoping to one day graduate to wisea$$

Please, gentlemen!
NEED should never be the yardstick. I'm doing this for fun. The tools are at least half the fun.
Don't start getting us trapped in this "Need" thing. We are in this together.

That is one sturdy woman there!
Excellent video. I wonder what his hands look like; or hers for that matter. That looks like a tough way to make a living. I'm very glad to be doing what I'm doing.
