What to finish a cradle with
#13
Absent a film finish, is there not a greater risk in red oak splinters?
Thanks,  Curt

My niece asked me to make a cradle.  I declined.  I did not want the responsibility.  Instead I made a wall hanging for measuring the baby's height.

Listening to all these conversations, and the worry that there would be an accident in a cradle or crib that I made, I'm glad I made that decision.  My grandniece might not sleep better for it, but I do.
