The 10-326 is the replacement for the old 10-325.  It appears one of the biggest improvements is the ability to adjust all the guides without tools.

326 has a bigger motor, after complaints the 1.5 was squeamish on full height resaw. As noted already they are offering a guide retrofit kit for 199 bux IIRC for the 325, ostensibly they come on the 326, so an easier to use, and more powerful saw for 900 bux, sounds great but not long ago they offered the bigger 10 345, 18", 2.5hp bandsaw when they were green for 999 on sale at WoodCraft. Having one of those, that is a deal. A friend cheaped out and bought the lighter 14" back then, and he is always at my place resawing his wood. I make him buy me a LOT of blades
Big Grin

Only from my experience I would suggest the big brother. I really like my 18" Rikon, and it works well on resaw with good blades. My friend has sold his 14" at a loss, and wants mine, not selling though. I'm sure some with 14" will say they are great though. I think across the board with Rikon, if you buy the big boy tool, you'll do well, some of their lighter end stuff???????? Green or Blue Craftsman level tools. On this particular 14" time will tell if they have improved it enough to be viable. The old green 18" now blue hasn't significantly changed, because they did them well first time around.
Worst thing they can do is cook ya and eat ya
