This was my old kitchen island & planned on using it for my router table. But due to a comedy of errors including measurements & routing I totally messed it up.
I live in the Springfield, MO area.

The overall dimensions are 36" X 44"
What I consider usable (Between the routing & holes) is 24" X 36"

I'll cut off  whatever you want while you're here to pick it up.
