Got me again today. Cleaned up, locked up and now enjoying adult beverage and sulking.
Hate it when that happens and here lately seems like all to often.

Sometimes I get a piece off the lathe and it all went right, then I drop it and mess it up.

I came very close to having that happen last weekend. Luckily I held on.
