I spent a little time looking around this morning ...
I imagine you have run across the same things I've been finding ... In case not ... here is a place (I've not used them personally) that has flush mount hinges similar in style: http://www.historichouseparts.com/pdshop...ice_refine= However, I have not yet been able to find any hinges that are asymmetrical as your example; excepting Art Deco style. Even the ones listed above appear to have a slightly larger hinge (1 3/4") than you're looking for.
