Yes. It looks stout in the video. But small. I have a nice Parker smooth jaw carriagemakers vise that does the same thing and it has a lever that is easier on my hands than that tiny crank. BUT it seems to work well for him.

Well, they've apparently sold 50 or more high-end vises at their price, with good user feedback. There is a new video up on this:

I saw a picture of it in use the other day, IIRC they had it on a mount of some kind so it could be rotated. It's not that it doesn't rack, it's just that the amount it twists is low due to the size of the bearings. I have no place to put one, so i'm not saving my pennies for it, but it does look like a nice vise.
