L-N 's isn't sold as a ruler trick ruler, but as a regular steel ruler which can be used for the ruler trick.
Cosman's is not a ruler but just a steel strip. Simon

Do you really think people buy a $3.00 rule from L-N to measure stuff? It’s sold for the ruler trick “The perfect tool to use for David Charlesworth's ruler trick. Great for measuring the depth of dadoes and other small shop measurements.”

Machinery vendors used to give those rulers out to machinists as an advertisement...I have a bunch of them..But why couldn't a person grind the teeth off an old hacksaw blade and use that instead of a ruler? Recycle it...

I got my L-N ruler when it was given to me as a hand-out at a L-N event in Berea 3-4 years ago. The hacksaw trick sounds like it should work perfectly! |
