I'm a big fan of Maple Leaf Hardwoods. Mike will do you right. I've bought curly maple from him, had it shipped to Texas, and the experience and the product was first rate.

I'm in Southern Idaho too.  Are you in SE Idaho?  Hardwood is definitely difficult to get a hold of around here.
