WTB 9/16” ID 2 3/4 Pulley for 4” Delta Jointer
#4
Greetings All,

Coming off my long hiatus and getting my hands dirty again. I’m in search of a pulley for a 4” Delta Homecraft jointer, 1954 vintage (S/N: BA 4111). Pulley needed is a 2 3/4” pulley with an ID of 9/16”, non-keyed. Cutterhead arbor has a flat for a set screw.

Any chance someone has one to get rid off?

McMaster Carr has a 2-3/4" pulley but only 1/2" or 5/8" shaft.  https://www.mcmaster.com/v-belt-pulleys

Since it's "non-keyed" could you use a bushing or get it bored out to fit?

Watch Ebay -- didn't find any today but who knows.

Sweet little jointers -- had one until I got a good deal on an 8"

McMaster and Grainger are the first places I checked and I saw the6 only had the more common bores. Luckily one came up on eBay today, which I was lucky enough to pick up. I’m good to go.
