I did call Grizzly, the G0656 is due in during the next couple weeks, the G0490 is not expected till August.

Yes I hear you and would like a Powermatic or a Jet but can't afford either. I am under the impression that both Jet and Powermatic are made overseas as well, I guess China or Twain. I usually do not ...

I did talk to them when I placed my initial order by phone. I will be calling if the jointer I ordered is not in by mid May.

It makes sense Paul and in my case I can wait I never had a jointer. Naturally waiting over a month seems like it is taking a year.
