Would you be happy with LEXAN ??? I have a bunch of it, mostly 3/8" thick. Give me your desired dimensions and I will make it for you .. or I can send you an oversized blank and you can do what you need with it. I have some 690 bases here, so I can drill and countersink or counterbore the holes .. your choice.
