I lost the pulley key from my YC-8J jointer. McMaster sells key stock in various grades of steel. Which type do I want?
Thanks!

the correct size.
do not make it difficult , go to Ace or TV and find one; it will suit the purpose just fine.
edit to add: sometimes the application demands a harder key but this is more of an issue when working with high HP /torque applications than a jointer ever sees.

Thanks, Joe.
Found some on Amazon, Prime, cheap and fast. Should be good to go.
