I was wrong on the name .. Its a G.M. Yost .. Patented 1900 .. I bought it .. its in medium shape, never going to be perfect but seems solid and will be a great user.

I checked the Grizz website.. It looks like a misprint to me .. The 5hp Grizz dc is 22.4 amps.. 3hp motors are 15-17 amps typically ... Why would the 5hp and 3hp be the same ..
